To activate the subscription on another device, just log in with your Smart Tales account.
Once logged in on your child’s tablet, all unlocked content will be accessible automatically — no extra purchase needed.
If you log in using a different email than the one you used to subscribe, the app will create a new empty account, with no subscription or saved progress.
Make sure you’re signing in with the exact email used for the original purchase.

Yes, you can use Smart Tales on up to 4 devices with the same account. Each child can follow their own learning journey.
Yes, you can delete a profile anytime. Go to the app’s Account section, tap the profile you want to delete, and select “Delete Profile.”
Please note: this action is final and will permanently remove all progress, settings, and data linked to that profile.
You can change your child’s grade level anytime in the app’s Settings, under the Account section.
This is useful if the current level doesn’t match your child’s needs, or if they’ve moved up to a new grade.
Smart Tales supports a full learning path from Pre-K to Primary School, and updating the grade ensures age-appropriate content is suggested.
No worries. You can reset your password directly in the app by selecting “I already have an account” and then “Forgot password.”

Smart Tales is currently available on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. It is not yet a native app on Fire TV, Android TV, or Apple TV, but we are working to expand compatibility.
